Although this compact vibratory screener only weighs in at 1500 lbs, the shell is constructed from heavy duty steel plate and reinforced with ¼ inch doublers. The 4×7 ft screen deck is manufactured from 3/8 plate, to ensure a long productive life, even in harsh screening conditions. Our center pivoting spring loaded screen deck has 3 inches of travel, working in conjunction with a 4000 rpm vibratory pack, creating a 1 inch reversed vibratory action. This allows the operator to screen a wide variety of products even in the toughest of screening conditions.
Battery boxes for the PVG-12V topsoil screener.
The PVG GREEN GIANT will give you fourteen hours of run time on a full battery charge. The battery boxes can be removed from the screener in less than one minute, allowing for anti-theft protection and ease of recharge.
You will have the ability to load a portable vibratory screener crossways on the trailer. Using only 48 inches of deck space, the GREEN GIANT can be transported on the same trailer as your skidsteer, bucket tractor or excavator. Having the GREEN GIANT with you all the time allows contractors to have the ability to screen and recycle on every job.
At 1500 pounds, the GREEN GIANT can be moved around the work site by machines even with limited lift capacity.
The PVG GREEN GIANT has the ability to be fitted with screens as small at 5/32” for products like bunker sand for golf courses and screens as large as 6” for rip rap and stacking rocks. We offer 10 different screen sizes for the GREEN GIANT, allowing contractors to screen most everything they will encounter at the job site.
Changing to a different size of screen on the PVG GREEN GIANT will only take 5 minutes, not the 1 to 2 hours that most other vibratory screeners require.
There is low to no maintenance, no greaseable points, no brakes to adjust or lights to repair.
